Try out different specialties while gaining experience under the supervision of your Instructor. You log dives and develop capabilities as you find new ways to have fun scuba diving.
This program allows you to experience five different open water dives from five Specialty programs without requiring you to complete the entire Specialty. If you are unsure of your next step, this is the perfect way to advance your dive skills and experience, and to identify which Specialty programs interest you.
Emergency First Response training focuses on building confidence in lay rescuers and increasing their willingness to respond when faced with a medical emergency. Course participants learn simple to follow steps for emergency care and practice applying skills in a non-stressful learning environment.
All courses are supported by self-study manuals, videos and quick reference cards to enhance learning and allow you start learning right away.
Students must have proof of current training within two (2) years of First Aid and CPR

Stress is a major cause of diving accidents and negatively impacts rescue situations. This program teaches you the skills and knowledge required to recognise and deal with stress, prevent accidents and properly deal with emergency situations encountered by divers. You will earn the Diver Stress and Rescue Specialty certification after completing this program.
